Error running Demo - org.owasp.esapi.StringUtilities

I am trying to setup the demo with the cfesapi code hosted on GitHub. I have copied over the necessary jar files to my Railo install but I'm not really sure if there is something I missed or not. I've attached a screenshot of the stack trace. What could I be possibly missing so that I can run the demo? This is my first venture into using ESAPI. Thanks for any help that you can give.

Joe,

That looks like Railo is unable to locate the ESAPI.jar which contains
the org.owasp.esapi.StringUtilities class.

1) Are you sure you copied the esapi-2.0.1.jar along with the other
dependency jars?
2) Did you copy them to the correct place in Railo?
3) Did you restart your Railo instance after you copied them?

Sorry to ask simple questions but they are vital steps.
