cosponsoring an event with college dems

Hello friends,

College Dems is interested in having us cosponsor an event with them.  All we have to do is help publicize it.  He's only vaguely involved in the environmental movement, but cosponsoring the event could still be good publicity for us.  I don't know the date and time yet, but I'd like some feedback in the meantime.

I also wanted to notify you about an upcoming event College Dems is having with our alumni of the year Terry McAuliffe. I know that you are very involved in the CFE and the outreach team was wondering if the CFE would like to officially sponsor the event, because Terry has been a great advocate for environmental initiatives and was the founder of Green Tech Automotive. If the CFE is interested in co-sponsoring, just let me know by Wednesday. Below is just the blurb about the event, but just email me with any questions, and looking forward to hearing from you about the fair!

Please join Georgetown University College Democrats in presenting Terry McAuliffe with this year's Alumni of the Year Award. We will host a conversation with Mr. McAuliffe who was the Chairman of the DNC and is now the Democratic nominee for governor of Virginia. Lunch will be served, and whether you are interested in local Virginia politics or the overarching national issues facing the United States, it is sure to be a great opportunity to join in the conversation. 

As a cosponsor, we request that you promote the event to your members and in return your name would be on the flyer and on the materials presented to Mr. McAuliffe.
