Green Square Fair Tomorrow

Good morning environmental leaders! I hope everyone has been getting excited about Earth Week and Green Square tomorrow. I just wanted to send out one last email to clear up some details.
Please come ready to play “educational” games or have an elevator speech ready about your club/organization. For students to win tickets for the raffle and we would like them to have learned something about what your group is doing around campus/anything else related to sustainability/Earth Week/Earth Mont. With that, we would really love it if you brought a few pens for people to write their names on tickets. You can tell them to write their name and net id or email (this is the way we will tell them if they won a prize). We will have a few extra pens/pencils but probably not enough to go around.
CFE will be providing the ti
ckets (old flyers that we have cut up) but you are welcome to assist us by cutting up any old flyers that you see around. We will need a lot of tickets! The boxes to put the tickets in will be at the CFE table, so you can direct people there.
If you asked the CFE to provide you with a table, please meet us in Red Square at 10:30 so we can go over to OCAF and get the table. If you have asked for a grant, please bring the receipt to me (Elena Noyes) with a the head of your organization's name or who bought the items. If you have your own table and supplies, you can set up by 11.
There is possible rain in the forecast. Right now, I am seeing thunderstorms starting later on in the afternoon, so I am not worried. WE WILL BE OUTSIDE AS LONG AS POSSIBLE. Even if it starts to drizzle, we will still be tabling. In case of a downpour, we will go inside to Reiss.
