Thak you all so much for your interest in this program.
We were really hoping for the ICC auditorium, how much will it cost?
What will be the capacity of an auditorium Reiss?
Let me know and we can see what we can do from this side as well.

Best,

Maribel

Hi Maribel,
Gabe Pincus, CFE Head Intern, is interested in having this film at GU.  We can't afford to rent the ICC, but we could probably get a large classroom or an auditorium Reiss, instead.  Thanks, Edd

Dear Professor Barrows,

I hope you are having a great summer so far.
I am contacting you this time because we want to screen this amazing film, A River Changes Course, on September 30th and we are hoping that you or somebody at Georgetown will be interested in co-presenting it.

Winner of the World Cinema Grand Jury Prize: Documentary at Sundance; A River Changes Course tells the story of three families living in contemporary Cambodia as they face hard choices forced by rapid development and struggle to maintain their traditional ways of life as the modern world closes in around them.
The film has won every prize possible in the film festival circuit so far.
Please let me know if this will be of any interest for you and your class at this time or if you can think of someone else at Georgetown who may be interested.
The screening will be free and open to the public and we will highly publicize it.
We been having off season screenings, two so far and all have been a huge success.

Thanks and keep enjoying the Summer.

Best,

Maribel
