Dear DAC Management Team and Members;

I have a great honor to introduce you to Mr. Mey Samith, Executive Director, Phnom Penh Center for Independent Living of Disabled Persons. And I also would like to announce that, Phnom Penh Center for Independent Living of Disabled Persons, became DAC Members on Jan 6, 2010.

The Vision:

§ To provide disabled persons with opportunities and capacity to live in good and appropriate conditions, promoting their own abilities, making their own decisions on independent living with dignity and declaring and exercising their rights to take part in any social activities and approach without discrimination.

The mission:

§ To provide opportunities through training on disability rights, employment and self-confidence to integrate people with disabilities into Cambodia Society.

The major PPCIL program activities;

3. Independent Living Program

4. Advocacy Program

5. Personal Assistant Program
