Dear Maman-san and Prakash-san,
This is Kyoko SHIMIZU, AHI staff members.
How are you doing?
I think both of you spend busy but fruitful days.
Especially for Prakash-san, you are less familiar with me.
When you participated in ILDC, I was in charge of fund raising
and volunteer coordination in financial and domestic section.
So, you might not be remember me though I remember you and
have heard from Kingo-san about you and KOPILA-Nepal.
Now, I am working as one of training staff members with
Ui-san and assigned (possible) programs in Cambodia,
Indonesia, Nepal and others.
Besides, I am also in charge of issues related to PWDs and
a committee member of JANNET, Japan NGO network on Disabilities.
Last executive meeting of JANNET, Ms. Etsuko Ueno, whom you may know,
reported about CBR-AP network.
I have known that Maman-san was selected as one of committee
members of the network because each of Maman-san and Ueno-san
shared it with us before.
However, I was surprised to find Prakash-san's name in the
list of the participants, too.
(Do you know both of you are AHI alumni?)
So now, I am emailing you for some inquiries and confirmation.
1) Could you write about the establishment of the CBR-AP
network for AHI newsletter?
I know that it has just started so that it is enough to
just introduce why, how and for what(difficulties and objectives)
did you organize it and what do you do from now on and the meeting
of establishment with some photos.
Short one is OK like a letter to AHI for sharing your present
activity and situation.
Also, you can utilize the opportunity for asking the
readers, AHI alumni, to join the network if you want.
2) possible participants of ILDC 2010
As you know, we also have ILDC this year as usual and it is
application period now. (The deadline is the 21st of April.)
Among the committee members or participants of the network,
if there is appropriate person for ILDC participants,
could you share with him/her about ILDC?

3) This is the question for Maman-san
In the list of the participants of CBR-AP network,
I found your organization as PPRBM.
What is PPRBM? You attended it not as a staff of CBR-DTC?

It is for just sharing the present situation of case stories
publication.
We will have a study meeting about your case on March 31.
Some board members and supporters of AHI will join the meeting
and have discussions on your case for publishing it on our 30th
anniversary leaflet.
