I would like to thank everyone who came out in the cold and wind to send off the riders in Tuesday. They really did appreciate our support. I know mike is planning to ride back with them from Kenosha to Chicago. It would be great if we could bring them home. Its good PR for us and supports a good cause.

It was a good time and a nice windy ride. There was a lot of positive comments on the team uniforms from guys that would like to get one, especially the mountain jersey.
I am going to take Metra on Saturday the 29th at 6:30 to Kenosha. It gets there at 8:20 or a stop south of there earlier, so it will be easy to meet-up with them for the ride home. Let me know who is interested and I will give more info.

I am waiting to hear from the Igniters where we can meet-up with them on Saturday morning. I have often ridden to Kenosha and taken the train back, so I am familiar with the Metra program. They allow 12 bikes per train so there should not be a problem with that since it is a weekend and early. You must secure your bike, so bring a bungee or some line to tie off. It is a much easier access at Clybourn than Ogilve station and there is better parking near it also if anyone is driving to the North side. 

Here is the schedule for Saturday:

Ogilve                     6:35

Clybourn                6:43

Winthrop Harbor   8:09

Kenosha                8:20

As soon as I hear from them I will send out another email. If any of you can get a return call and let me know what time are they leaving and where from or what route, let us know. Thanks.

About 5 or 6 bucks. I have not yet got an answer even though I have contacted these guys at least 5 times. They must be having too much fun! One way or another, we will go up there and meet up with them. The reason I included the Winthrop Harbor stop is because we could go east to Sheridan Road and find them.

I just talked to a guy who says they are staying at the Best Western Harbor side. It is only a couple blocks away from the train. Now if we can confirm that and find what time they shove off, we will be set.
