Je voudrais ici présenter mes vives félicitations à M. Samrong Chrey pour son admirable article sur la Stratégie de l'Eau que je trouve d'un plus haut intérêt pour tous les patriotes et les nationalistes khmers. C'est un ouvrage particulièrement important sur la stratégie politique et militaire et donc, pour ces derniers, une source d'inspiration de très grande valeur au double plan théorique et pratique. J'en recommande la lecture à tous nos patriotes et nationalistes khmers. Bravo et encore merci!
