CLP 2012

Dear Brothers and Sisters,

Our CLP will start on June 10, 2012. The CLP will be every Sunday right after the mass at St. Joseph Church. Kindly check the CLP routine schedules for the detailed time table. I have attached the schedules of talks, expanded outline and other files that we'll be able to use. Everyone has an important role in our upcoming CLP. If you feel like volunteering for the prayer warriors, service team and other committees please don't hesitate to inform us.

I would also like to inform you that due to some reasons, Bro. Rain needs to stay in the Philippines and won't be able to come probably until July. We have decided to turn over the position of the team leader to Bro. Rhem and Sis. Rhegz Ignacio which they accepted willingly.

To Sis.  Jing, kindly checked the attendance sheet. I do not have a copy of the info sheet. Sis. Joana, do you have a copy of it? Can you forward it to Sis. Jing?

Bro. Decz,  kindly have the following items printed: (for the amount, please ask kuya mart or kuya will, for the budget, i think, it will come sis. Jing)

1. backdraft

2. coloured flyers

3. brochures (black and white)

4. participant's booklet (talk outlines)

Ate Marcie had already completed the list of food sponsors. Thank you ate Marcie. It was a job well done! Please don't forget to send me the list.

Kuya Edgar and Ate Merlyn, hope we can have the list of the service team by May 27 or the following week.

Ate Fe and Kuya Jess, I've been trying to call you but nobody answers the phone. i am not sure if you are still using the same number. You are the Prayer Warrior Committee. You will be needing to assign atleast two people to stay in the vigil area every 30 minutes. I have attached the vigil prayer. Kindly have them printed. Please check also the CLP schedule file for the other items that you will have to prepare for the vigil. Tita Purs, Ate Nahlyn and Bro. Bong have volunteered to be prayer warriors. Please coordinate with them. Thank you in advance!

Bro. Jed and Sis Kit will be sending us list of songs that we need to practice before each week. Bro. Rick, we would also love you to be part of the music ministry.

Here is the list of the facilitators for the group discussion:

Couples: Bro. Edgar and Merlyn, and Bro. Noel and Sis. Juvy

Singles: Sis. Janet, Sis. Roma, Bro. Decz and Bro. Rick

Handmaid: Sis. Jing and Sis. Marcie

Servant: Bro. Nasty

This coming weekend, Bro. Will, Bro. Rhem and Sis. Marcie will be giving away flyer and invitations at World Vision, Saturday Mass. Sis. Larnie and team will give away flyers at St. Joseph on Saturday. We will do this until the following week.

To prepare all of us for this evangelistic work, we will be having a "SPEAKERS WORKSHOP" on Sunday, May 27, 2012 at 9:00 am in CFC center in Toul Tom Pong. Sis. Nahlyn will facilitate this activity and we are looking forward for this empowering workshop. This activity is for ALL THE MEMBERS not only for speakers. Please don't miss this activity as this will be helpful for us. Bringing of snacks would be most welcomed.

Let us all pray for each other for the coming CLP. Kindly don't forget our CLP community prayer every lunch time. The Lord is very excited to see us serving HIM.

Dear Bros. and sisters,

As people is asking WHO are these CFC Group, it is suggested, and it would  be nice and polite to hand over/give the folded CLP invitation personally rather than laying them down on the table and expect people to pick it up for the information after the Eucharistic celebration.

"When we HUMBLE ourselves we become the fishers of man , the more we have the chance to evangelize and help our brothers and sisters."
