Plumetemperature and velocity CFAST 7.6.0

Good evening,

i am using CFAST Version 7.6.0 for my masters thesis in fire engineering. I am still not sure what i need to do to get any outpt data for the plume velocity and temperature. i aleready modelled different targets in the centerline of the plume. even after scrolling and reading thorugh the source code i am not any smarter. can anyone please help with this?

my second question is regarding the convective heat transfer coefficient used in cfast. Is it calculated via he formula which i can find in the tech.-reference guide or is it implemented as a set value inside the source code?

The plume velocity and temperature are available 1) at any desired point within a compartment by placing a target at the location. The plume temperature and velocity are reported in the _devices spreadsheet as the "Sensor Surrounding Gas Temperature" and "Sensor Surrounding Gas Velocity".  2) If you want a visual display of the entire compartment, you can add a 2_D or 3-D visualization on the output tab, and view the temperature and velocity in smokeview.
