Issue 29: CFAST does not stop on input file error

New issue report by cfastdev:
Incorrect mechanical ventilation inputs (and others) in the input file do
not lead to the model stopping prior to simulation start. Error is at line
70 of cfast.f. errorcide should be spelled errorcode. Corrected line
allows model to correctly stop. Fixed in revision 43.
