Issue 35: Spreadsheet output does not include vent fires

New issue report by cfastdev:
Output in the *.n.csv spreadsheet output includes HRR (and other
variables) for each user-specified fire, but does not include any vent
fires calculated by the model resulting from under-ventilated burning of
one or more of the user specified fires.
