Urgent Requirement: Junior Financial Analyst

Global House Group, a leading Investment Banking Advisory firm in Kingdom of Bahrain, is looking for a Junior Financial Analyst with 1-2 years experience.

Job Description & Responsibilities

• Advice clients with the assistance of in-house experts on their business needs related to Corporate Finance, M&A and Private Equity
• Drafting Feasibility Studies, Business Plans, Financial Plans and Private Placement Memorandums (PPM)
• Drafting applications and other required legal or regulatory documents to obtain regulatory approval for establishing new business entities
• Liaising with Investors and marketing associates
• Coordinating with Regulatory Agencies and Legal Advisors
• Any other duties assigned by the CEO/ Project Manager

 

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum Education: CFA, MBA (Finance), CA, ICAWA         
  
• 1-2 years Experience in Financial Analysis and Modeling
• Knowledge of the Investment Banking Industry and Financial Markets
• Ability to conceptualize, plan and implement new new businesses in GCC Region
• Good Relationship Management & service focus Skills
• Good Communication & Presentation Skills
