Dear Mr. Chu,

To begin with, let us sincerely apologize to you for another expired deadline. We know you expect very much from us, so once again we are sorry for this inconvenience.

Another thing you should know is that we are still looking hard for information to fill in the appendix 1 (in the industry analysis part), which is about healthcare expenditures in different countries and comparisons to Vietnam's numbers. We managed to find out some figures, but some of them are from many years ago, while others are just separate numbers. We will try to find a systematic and reliable source to complete it as soon as possible.

Attached are our team's company and industry analysis. We are looking forward to your comments and feedback. Thank you for helping us so much so far.
