Hi team,


Honestly, I am disappointed this time. You guys must have done much better. Maybe you should write as much as you could and then we make the reduction in the final version. Please find below my comments
- Charts are too simple. Please be creative.
- Where is the VALUE CHAIN?
- Make more comparisons then give your comments. When you have a number (for example: revenues, margins, salespersons ...), try to compare with that of the past and future (to see the trend), of competitors (domestic, foreign), of regional or global peers.
- 50% of the company's COGS is materials cost. What are the rest? Do you have the break down COGS? Could the company pass the exchange rate risk to customers?
- As my understanding (I read in the researches I sent to you), there are 2 kinds of drugs based on distribution channels: prescription (Rx or POM) drugs and OTC (or GSL) ones. Could we analyze the company's distribution channels based on these?
- R&D spending: I don't see any numbers in your research.
- What are the company's strength and weakness? You could apply the SWOT to analyze.

Please send me some other parts before this Sat so we could discuss all in the meeting.
