Query on Multiple IRR and No IRR problems

Hi
I am new to CFA level 1 preparation.
I was reading about Multiple IRR and no IRR problems, and have following queries:
1) MUltiple IRR: I am unable to understand how a project can have different IRR's for unconventional cash flow pattern
2) How a project can have no IRR....
Any response to above queries will be sincerely appreciated.
