The gist: Send us your used CDs and we'll send you an free iPod.
The part that offends me: They'll transfer you songs to a digital format
and put them on the iPod before they send it to you. Since they keep the
CDs, that sounds like pirating.

For the record, I found out about this when I found a package from them
in the mail. I guess my roommate bought a used CD from them (perhaps
ebay?). The sticker about the iPod was plastered on the outside of the
package.
I suspect they are a "legit" business (Probably some kid out of a dorm
room) who doesn't understand the legal implications of what (s)he is doing.
