Distribution tests are now run on the CI server

Look Tom, no hands!

Like the title says the distribution tets are now run on the server. They only take 1h 40m to run. But that's at night anyway, so who cares ;)

But with 300 failing tests it's obvious we still have a ways to go

Also I still have to do this for the tests of the remaining projects.

But it's a start.
