Feature Request: Batch Tweets for when I have no connectivity

There have been a number of times when I have written a tweet and the
connection has failed when I try to send it. In the perfect world,
ceTwit would retry periodically until it is successful (sort of like
my IMAP gmail account).

That's a good idea. I have some things I'd like to do first but I'll
certainly put that on the future features list.
