I had this in the 1.4 versions and it is something I want back in the
2.0 just seemed like forever since I did an official release so I'll
put this on the list to add back into the next point release. It was
pretty fun monitoring it and following people from the phone.

Thanks. I don't even know how to check the public users on the web
site. The only time I ever saw it was in Tiny Twitter. Amazing how
fast it scrolls when you do a refresh. I picked up a few followers by
doing some replies on tweets I saw there. It's like watching the
entire world talking all at one time and just trying to keep up with
the conversation.

People often tweet messages that include @someone and I want to see
who that is. Does the API allow for apps to open links to referenced
users similar to URLs? Love to have the ability to open a user I'm
not following and see who they are, their history and maybe even
follow them all from ceTwit.

I'll try to capture some of this in the profile inspection, going to
add a way to view a persons whole profile and follow, I'm not sure
about the history of their posts I'll have to see if the api lets me
pull a single users timeline.

There is not a lot more I could ask for from ceTwit. It already does
far more than I ever expected. I was satisfied with 1.4. 2.0 has just
been icing on the cake. If there is one thing I would like to see it
would be predefined text options like the "my text" feature in the
WinMo sms app.

I would love some GPS integration, it would make ceTwit my perfect
mobile twitter app. Similar to the way Twittelator handles it would be
great, with google maps links.

It would be great if ceTwit would look at the reminder for the current
profile being used on the phone, and then vibrate or make a sound
based on this.

Also, I have noticed that ceTwit (Smartphone 2.1) will do a vibrate/
audio notification whenever there's a reply or direct message when it
starts up, even though I've viewed those messages through ceTwit
before.

I added in 5 quick texts you can edit via the themes/notification
settings panel. These are available on the ping.fm and twitter status
update pages.
