No Audio Notification

I have an AT&T Tilt (htc 8925) and am not receiving vibrate/audio
notifications of new tweets. I've tried installing to my storage card
and the device memory as well. I chose the default owl.wav along with
a custom .wav file I added. Any suggestions?? Thanks.
