When doing the code puzzle, if you can't find all 4 clues, find 3 clues and bruteforce through the solution. Since the digits are only used once, you'll have a combination of (10!)/((10-4)!) possibilities = 5040 possibilities, which you can narrow down to 7 after 3 clues.

Hi yall, I was just playing Outlast Trials, Program 2 on easy mode with randoms to search for docs. Anyways I came a across a radio that I could interact with. It was set on red and then I activated it, the light switched to green and it started making noise, which I recognized as morse code (thanks bf1). Sadly I couldn't catch the Morse Code message, I'm unsure if there are multiple radios or just one. I found it at the top floor with the red and green pipes where you got to activate the valves.
