Applicable
to all Regions
More
and more graduations are
being submitted without
the minimum enrolment
periods.
Due
to this, a penalty
fee will be levied for
graduations required
less than one year after
enrolment for ICCE
Vocational and ICCE
General levels and less
than six months after
enrolment for all other
levels, effective 1
January 2025.
This
fee has been introduced
to manage the increased
administrative workload
on ICCE staff and ensure
the thorough
verification of student
commencement and
completion dates to
ensure
certificate credibility.
Also,
universities require a
minimum of two years
between the issuance of
the ICCE General
Certificate and the ICCE
Advanced Certificate.
In
the UK/EUR, the fee will
be payable through the
CEE shop. Applicants
must submit proof of
payment with their
application. In other
regions, the fee will be
payable via the National
Coordinator, who will
verify the fee upon the
submission of the
graduation application.
Note:
Requesting a certificate
to be expedited will not exempt
students from this fee
if submitted outside of
the minimum enrolment
period.
Please
remember that all students,
including those with
old six-digit IDs or
combined
enrolments, must
register for the
following stage using
the new Academic
Projections when progressing
to the next level.
