On Library

Dear Sir,

I wish to bring to your notice on certain observations on library, which are becoming hindrances in accessing library to the fullest.  As you will understand the Scholars intention of visiting library is to make use of certain resources, we are unable to do so on certain observations:

1. Timings : Many a times, Library is closed before 5.30pm, being your clock runs faster than usual.

2. Systems: Systems are closed forcefully as we are working,

3. Housekeeping: Your housekeeping starts between 9.45 Am to 10.15 Am and continue for next 30 mins, during this time, by humiliation, it is becoming so much difficult for us to remain in the library,  - cant we suggest to do housekeeping before library opens, i.e. before 9.30 Am?.

4. CESS as an Institute of repute, I have faith that we maintain certain dignity and discipline but not reckless replies.
