This is for those interested in attending Dr. Guha's additional lecture:
He wants to deliver it either on friday or saturday. So, if you have any suggestion regarding the date please post it with reasons for the same. Also post if you have any inconvenience to attend on the 10th(Janmashtami). Also, if you have opted for any course other than experimental, then post about it so that if possible, a suitable timing for the lecture can be set.

Are you saying that the timings for Experimental can be adjusted, or all other courses?

Oh I misunderstood. Yes, I've opted for Political Thought the classes for which are from 11-1 on Friday.

This is for those interested in attending Dr. Guha's additional lecture:

The day ought to be a Friday, Saturday or Monday, although Sir would prefer it to be on a Friday or Saturday. Sir will be busy on 17th August, Friday.

Thus the following options are open to us:

1) 3rd August, 2:30p.m. would have been ideal but I fear that it would be too short a notice. All may well not check their inbox regularly.

2) 24th August or any other subsequent friday. In that case if the lecture is not to coincide with any of the courses taken by the interested students, it has to be either from 9a.m. or from 4:30p.m. ( the latter may be suitable if any of the interested students attend EC-407( math) or EC-401(macro) in the morning)

3) 10th-Janmashtami, although such a schedule has been reported to be inconvenient by at least one.

4) Any Saturday, although such a schedule has been reported to be inconvenient by at least one.

how about monday (13th August) after lunch? The 1st year students won't have lectures then and we could use the room. Don't think any of our optionals happen then either and it also concurs with Prof. Guha's preferred days. Post it.
