software? Do you plan to start a business in the software field?
Well then you should Know Your Rights! CES has invited Ido Tuchman, a Stony Brook

the law. Mr. Tuchman will guide you on a thorny expedition through
treacherous legal statutes, mind-bending case law, and man-eating
regulations. He'll talk about software copyrights, patents and open
source licenses. He may even whisper something about trade secrets!
Speaker Info:Ido Tuchman is the owner of The Law Office of
Ido Tuchman and has been practicing intellectual property law for over ten
years. Prior to entering the legal profession he worked as an engineer at
Micron Technologies. Mr. Tuchman received a J.D. degree from the University of New Hampshire
School of Law and a B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from the State University of New York at
Stony Brook. Mr.Tuchman is admitted to practice before the United
States Patent and Trademark Office, and state and federal courts of New York and Colorado.
