FME Cesium 3D Tiles Conversion - wrong output!

I have problem with the data conversion to 3DTiles format.

I have covnerted my .laz to 3DTiles (pnts + tileset.json) in FME software.

When I am trying to do it in the cesium sandbox, it does not work at all.

I am trying the dataset in https://github.com/connormanning/entwine-cesium-pages this project and it shows this https://prnt.sc/fpjx3s .

Does somebody have an idea what's wrong?

Can you email me the complete tileset? It's hard to tell whether this is a problem with the FME export or Cesium.
