Minor typo: Cesium.Color.FUSCHIA should be FUCHSIA

This is one of the most difficult colors to spell. Its proper spelling is FUCHSIA -- named after Leonhard Fuchs, a botanist -- and no matter how many times I type that it never looks right.

May I suggest correcting the spelling in Cesium.Color and keeping FUSCHIA as an alias as is done with DARKGREY/DARKGRAY?
