Error Showing KML with Collada Models

1. A concise explanation of the problem you're experiencing.

I have a kml file with some models with dae extensions when i load them with KmlDataSource it shows error that the kml format is not supported the same error is shown on cesium ion when i chose the data type as kml. But in ion when i chose the data type as 3D tiles Collada it gives me the KML with the Models present at the precise location. I have to visualize the data locally without tiling. Any help in this regard will be highly appreciated

The Cesium Ion asset id for the tiles is: 63948
