1. A concise explanation of the problem you're experiencing.
Clamp to Terrain demo in Sandcastle seems to have some issues.  When I run the demo, the point appears, then the terrain draws over top of the point and I can no longer see the point.  If I want to see the point again, I have to zoom through/below the terrain.  Also if I pan/rotate the map around, often the white label background will become disconnected from the label text.  Is anyone else seeing this?  I see it on my machine in latest Chrome and Edge.

2. A minimal code example. If you've found a bug, this helps us reproduce and repair it.

Thanks for reporting this! The white label disconnecting from the text is very strange. Can you post the results you get from http://webglreport.com/ here?

Also if you haven't already, make sure you have the latest drivers for your graphics card.

Have you been able to replicate this on any other machine?

Hi Ashley,

It's very likely that the new terrain work, which was merged into master last week, will fix this problem. Can you give it a try?

I am actually more concerned about the billboard being buried in terrain as that's the problem we're seeing in our app.  It almost seems to be related to the speed at which the terrain loads.  For example if the terrain loads quickly, then the billboard is positioned correctly on the terrain.  The slower the terrain loads (probably due to our network), the deeper the billboard seems to be buried under the terrain.  Not sure if that makes sense but that's what I'm noticing.
