Facing difficulty to put local tiles on 3d globe in cesium viewer

Hi

It may be very easy question for others but i am facing difficulty to put local tiles on 3d globe in cesium viewer.

Actually i installed cesium 19th version in my local pc locally and trying to put local tiles on globe in ceium viewer but it is showing error in case of using tilemapservicesimageryprovider and also in wms but i am able to put public layer by using openstreetmap service and also blackmarble layer. so can u plz help me to find the solution that what could be the reason behind to show error in using tms and wms?
