We're collaborating with VectorZero to bring complex road networks into Cesium for autonomous driving simulations.

Users create road network models, import to Cesium, and fuse with 3D geospatial content such as terrain to create a high-precision georeferenced autonomous driving simulation environment. For more details, see Gabby's blog post:
