Cesium version b9 released.

Hi all,

Cesium version b9 has been released and is available for download.

Some highlights of the release:

• The new Sandcastle live editor and demo gallery replace the Sandbox and Skeleton examples.
  
• Added a new EllipsoidPrimitive primitive and CZML support for Ellipsoids.
  
• Major work on the Data Driven Renderer, including multi-frustum support.
• Improved picking performance and accuracy
