Cesium version b10 released.

Hello everyone.

Cesium version b10 has been released and is available for download.

The highlight of this release is the new imagery system which allows you to layer imagery from multiple sources, including WMS, OpenStreetMap, Bing Maps, ArcGIS MapServer, and standard image files; each layer can be alpha blended with the layers below it.  This was a major re-architecture and also lays the groundwork for terrain support, which is actively being worked on and should be completed in the next few months.
