RACE Speech to Text

Wondering what solutions people are using or planning to use for Speech to Text for those with RACE accommodations?

We have used the Shiny! app on Chromebooks as a Word Processor in the past.

I have just tried it with Dictation turned on and it does a pretty good job - prompt and accurate - without the need for any specialist software or hardware.
