Looking for a tool/app/solution for assigning Yard Duty tasks.

Hi all.

Maybe someone has cracked this nut already.

Yard Duty is a recurring task several times every school day. (3 slots in our school) 

I have a list of school staff to assign to these tasks in rotation.

This currently is solved every month - by printing a sheet with the days of the month and the staff assigned to each slot each day. 

You need to consult the sheet to see when you are assigned. We photocopy the sheet and pass it around at the start of each month.

I thought Google Calendar might help me solve this. - It can be on my smart phone and it can send me a reminder. Very handy and easy to check.

In Google Calendar you can create a recurring weekday "Event" and invite a teacher "a Guest" in rotation to these events.

I could do all that manually but It would take ages and I might make a mistake.

Anyone got a digital solution to assigning these tasks in their school?

Have you tried filling in a google form, which is then fed onto a school Shared drive ?? 

Input=google form

Output=to a "shared teacher" area, with a screen on the classroom OR a teacher share
