From Louise Crowe, Project Administrator on the Pytch project in Trinity College:

We are planning to run a workshop for trainee Computer Science teachers in TUD Tallaght on June 13 facilitated by Dr Róisín Faherty.  This session will be an interactive, hands-on workshop introducing Pytch, a browser-based Python coding environment developed at Trinity College Dublin.  Pytch is designed to help learners move smoothly from block-based coding into real, text-based Python while retaining the accessibility and approachability that make beginner tools so effective.

Title:  Pytch: A bridge between Scratch and Python training workshop for teachers
Date: Saturday 13 June
Time: 10:00 - 13:00
Venue: Technological University Dublin, Tallaght Campus, Blessington Rd, Tallaght, Dublin 24, D24 FKT9
We will run the workshop as a hybrid session so participants can join online too.

Refreshments will be provided for in-person participants at the TUD Tallaght.

Hi all,

Just to clarify a point about this, while this workshop is being made possible by TU Dublin and Rosin Faherty (to whom many thanks), the actual facilitation of the session itself is by members of the Pytch team (specifically myself and Ben North).

Apologies for any confusion,
Glenn
