The academic year is beginning to wind down. The sun is out and taunting the Leaving Cert students yet again.

I hope everyone has had opportunity to enjoy the added Vitamin D! (I found this article from the Irish Cancer Society interesting)

Before your minds turn to barbecues and beaches - just a reminder that the ICT in Education Conference held yearly in TUS, Thurles is 21 years old this year! https://ictedu.ie/

Turning 21, we have refreshed with a new logo, website and ideas to bring educators together to collaborate on issues in all aspects of education - whether they are successes, challenges or questions.

We have also moved to a different date in your calendar - October 18th!

The theme of this year is: Lifespan Learning - Evolving Together

There is currently a Call for Presenters out - we are looking for people from all areas of education:

• Pre-School
• Primary
• Secondary
• 3rd Level
• FET
• SEN
• Early Learning
• Active Retired
• Academics
• PhD Students
• Students
• Makers
• Technologists
• STEAM / STEM practitioners
• …and anyone else!

If you have a subject you’re passionate about - don’t just tell us - tell everyone! [REGISTER TO PRESENT]

The Call for Presenters will finish June 8th - go throw in your proposal quickly!

There is also an A5 PDF attached to this email - please circulate to your colleagues, friends and family to join us.
