I'm looking for some more examples of DCG project work.  Can anyone help?

I've found these three:

Can DCG teachers tell me, do the weaker students get much from it, or is it only the ones who are really engaged with DCG who do?  Is it a subject only for the strongest students?

I also want to find out more about how this amazing leaving cert subject developed (from technical drawing alone?). Where was the energy that made it happen coming from?  To me it looks an exciting transformative change.  The skills are in context and with purpose and creativity.  I'd love to picture how that could happen in other leaving cert subjects too. I see the changes from technical drawing to DCG potentially as a model for how technology can now help transformation in other subjects.  To make that analogy stronger, I need to know a lot more about DCG.

At the moment I have a handful of projects to look at, a syllabus and the easy to find resources, and a hope that I can build the analogy.

Thanks John.  That link did help.  I'd been looking to find the 'lighting project' again, thinking it was done by a student, and found it as a sample project in the DCG "Guide to Student Assignments" book.

The t4 site may be of interest - http://www.t4.ie/ - though it doesn't answer the questions you are asking.
