Hi Guys,
Interesting one for the list! Does anyone know anything about the C2K network in Northern Ireland? I've been asked by a
Neverware engineer who is having trouble getting 'CloudReady' (their OS) to talk to the network in a school that is deploying CloudReady on their old computers.
CloudReady is basically a version of Chrome OS that turns old PCs and laptops into Chromebooks.
Their engineer is asking:
I understand that C2K is some sort of privately operated regional-level network that most schools in Northern Ireland connect to. Do you know anyone who might be able to help me understand how C2K works, and what special steps need to be taken to get machines happily authenticated through whatever proxy/filtering setup they use?
If anyone might be able to help him let me know and I can refer you on to Peter in Neverware.
Thanks,
Steven
