Text to Speech Readers

I am working with an adult learner with literacy issues. Is there a free text to speech app available for Android phones ?

I use eleven reader. Logo is like a black book open on its back. Frée. Reads novels, epubs, text and PDF files. 8 voices in the free version. 

George voice sounds like Jude Law in his fifties. Cool.

Seeing AI app is free and developed with visually impaired users in mind but I’ve used it with students at primary level for the read-to-me function alone.
