Hey folks,
I know this has come up before on CESI Group Forum but I am working with a school on an ICT Project in Collaboration with my local Education Centre This two-teacher school (with 50+ students) are doing the Pushkin Project using Fronter amongst other platforms to connect with schools in Russia.
They are now looking at collaborating with schools in Ireland and are seeking out any help that fellow CESIers can offer in setting this up.
I know there is a myriad of information available on Skype Projects online but I am really looking to simplify the process rather than giving this school an email full of weblinks to articles. The teacher is finding that she has to do a lot of work at home ie. finishing up class work, scanning, typing etc. They are seeking a less complicated approach to collaborating with schools in Ireland.
If anyone has any contribution to give on this topic for Primary School Level with basic ideas and tips for setting this up could you please share your ideas.
Alternatively I can be contacted at
gilmart...@gmail.com.
Míle buíochas,
Joanne
