Chromebook login

Hi,
Issue arising which someone might be able to help with :
Logged into chromebook but cannot access anything in my drive so asked to login in again but can’t as tells me already logged in!!
Any ideas, please and thanks?

Is the issue limited to just this Chromebook? If so then Powerwash and log in fresh.
