Best way of recording a written lesson on Microsoft onenote on a Surface pro 4

Hi I'm wondering what's the best way to record the pen writing a maths question on Onenote 2016 (with audio too) on a surface pro 4? 

I don't have Microsoft 365 (we are a google based school) just regular Microsoft office 16 installed.

Any help appreciated.
