There are ways, but none are 100% and all have some sort of glitches …

Prior to version 4.4 (I think), I was able to side-load Flash and happily access flash sites in the normal android Browser. However, since 4.4 this does not seem to be an option. I now access these sites via the Dolphin browser
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=mobi.mgeek.TunnyBrowser&hl=en
…however, the Flash content may or may not run as smoothly as before – you have to test the particular sites one by one
Kind regards,
David

Subject: [CESI List] Android - can you use Flash on it?
Just wondering if Flash can be used on Android, sometimes it would be convenient to access sources like e-books on tablet, but it won't open the pop-ups? I know there was always an issue with compatibility, but is there an easy way around it now? The tablet (galaxy tab 4) is on kit-kat.

Flash is arguably dead. while support for it will exist for some time, HTML5 CSS3 and Javascript do what flash does a lot better thanks to contemporary browser standard compliance.
Regards,Keith GreggBasically any device that cannot support flash is internet crippled, particularly with respect to legacy sites which covers a lot of good educational resources. Making an argument that they will all be rewritten, is like making an argument that there is no point learning any languages other than english, because anything that important will be translated eventually.
