In 2026 we are holding the Bridges conference at University of Galway on the west coast of Ireland. As always the conference will feature invited and contributed talks, hands-on workshops, art, music, theatre, poetry, fashion, film, a Family Day open to the public, and plenty of math-art inspiration. |

It’s a new year, and that means it’s time to polish up your submissions to this year’s Bridges conference. Our calls for submissions are all available online. The deadline for submission of regular papers is coming up first, on 1 February—less than three weeks away! After that there will be deadlines for short papers and workshop papers on 1 March, and subsequent deadlines for the exhibition, fashion show, short film festival, and Family Day between March and June. Consult the individual calls for more information about each one. We look forward to enjoying the work you contribute to the conference. |

| | We have received a few inquiries about accommodations in Galway. This can be a tricky proposition: Galway attracts a large tourist population in the summer, particularly during a few major festivals. We wanted to give you advance notice that you will be able to book rooms in on-campus housing at the University of Galway. These accommodations are affordable, comfortable, and conveniently located for the conference. The facility is fairly new, and there will be plenty of space for Bridges participants. We will publish more detailed information about accommodations later in the Winter or early Spring; keep an eye on the website, or watch for an email announcement. |
