Lots of folk here are familiar with Bebras already and have students taking part every year. It involves students completing online computational thinking puzzles. Ages 6 -18

Bebras itself takes place in November. 10th - 23rd

There is an online information session for coordinators/teachers, new and returning, next Wednesday. If you are thinking about getting some of your students involved this might be a good one to check out.

Get ready for the Bebras Computing Challenge 2025!

🚀 Are you and your students ready for a fun adventure into the world of computing? The Bebras Challenge is coming your way, and it's going to be awesome!

Upcoming Info Session – 22 October at 4 PM

We’re hosting an Info Session for all Bebras coordinators to share updates about this year’s challenge and answer any questions you may have.

🗓 Date: Wednesday, 22 October 2025
🕓 Time: 4:00 PM

The session will include a short presentation outlining key details for 2025, followed by a Q&A session. We highly encourage all coordinators—new and returning—to attend!

What is Bebras it all about?

Bebras is like a puzzle party for your brain! It's all about solving cool, interactive tasks online that introduce you to computational thinking and computer science. The best part? You don't need any prior knowledge to join in the fun!

When is it happening?

Mark your calendars for 10th – 23rd November 2025. That's two whole weeks of computational fun!

Who can participate?

If your students are between 6 and 18 years old, this challenge is for them! Whether they’re in primary or secondary school, there's a perfect challenge waiting for them.

What can you expect?

15 questions (5 easy, 5 medium, 5 hard)
45 minutes of brain-teasing fun
A chance to discover a hidden talent for problem-solving
A cool certificate for everyone who participates
