Google class admin

Hi all, 

Somehow I have a student as a co teacher in a class & I have tried to remove her but each time it fails.  She is in the correct Organizational Unit. 

Has this ever happened to anyone & if so how did you solve it?

Perhaps check if she was accidentally put in as a "verified teacher" on the admin panel. Link is in the settings to Google Classroom. See attached.

I have checked that & that hasn’t happened. 

If I delete her altogether & reenrol her, might that work?

We had it in an error last year. 

We spoke to the student explained the error and asked them to leave the class while in the office with us. 

We then joined them to the classroom again as a student. 

If you didn’t fancy the conversation you could  in admin console change their password. Log in as them and remove your/themself from the class. Don’t know about the ethics of it all but it would fix the problem

When I re-add the student to Admin Console, do I need to change her email slightly or any personal info?
