Look for 'smart charging units' (with auto cut off) and watch out for the
weight factor also: some of these are great for storage in a room but you
may not want to be hauling them along corridors and over door saddles!

I just want to know are schools aware of the Procurement Scheme launched in Sept. 2009 in Navan Education Centre?
There are almost 40 schools in the scheme and it saves both time and money searching for such items.
We have done a survey of over 300 items and have achieved an average saving of 37% off Reseller pricing.
This is NOT a commercial site it is YOUR scheme for schools.
We are just facilitating the scheme
We are NOT promoting any specific product.
The scheme provides over 55,000 products and has turned over €160,000 in the first few months.
We estimate that the 40 members have saved around €94,000 between them in that period.
I stress again I am NOT promoting any specific product here.

Here is a a template recommended minimum requirements spec. Some companies responded saying they met these requirements when in fact they didn't, so schools need to be careful.
