Training Course Development for Teachers

Hi All,
Volunteers have recently offered Camara Ireland some time and resources to develop a new teacher training course.
We want to create a course that will support teachers and schools with some of the basic technical barriers that prevent them from successfully using ICT in the classroom. This course will be aimed at ‘non-techy’ people. It will be designed to equip the participant with the key basic information to get the most out of ICT resources in their school or classroom.
We want to make sure we are making a course that is relevant. I have created an open Google Doc here with a basic outline. It would be fantastic if you could have a look and add in other areas. For example, if you are the 'go to techy' person in your school, what are the simple fixes that you repeatedly have to help colleagues with etc.?!
